What breaks your heart enough to make you act?
When Nehemiah heard about Jerusalem's broken walls, he didn't just feel bad—he wept, fasted, and prayed for FOUR MONTHS before taking action.
This ancient story reveals a powerful truth: one person who sees what's broken and responds to God's call can literally change the world. Whether it's injustice, loneliness, hunger, or something else entirely—what's the thing you just can't stand to see broken? That burden on your heart might be exactly what God wants to use to make a difference.
This Week's Challenge: Practice noticing what breaks your heart. Journal one sentence each day and pray about it. Don't try to fix anything yet—just pay attention to where God is stirring.

Welcome to Pathway Community Church! Join us for our November 16th, 2025 service featuring special guest Stephen Roy from Mennonite Central Committee (MCC).
Do you have any complicated relationships in your life? Maybe it started with something small - a misunderstanding, a fight, words you wish you could take back. Now there's distance, hurt feelings and maybe even some bitterness. Jesus says reconciliation isn't just important - it's so important that we should press pause on our worship and go make things right. But how? How do you reconcile when trust is broken and the hurt runs deep? This week we're talking about the pathway from distance back to connection, using biblical wisdom and practical steps you can take this week.
"As far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." - Romans 12:18
The ball is in your court. What will you do?
In Acts 1 Jesus sent his friends into the world as an unstoppable force for good. The Church. Two thousand years later, this same church continues. There is more to do.
